This quaint Studio vacation rental accommodates two people. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area for 4 people, natural light, comfortable seating. It's only a 5-minute drive to the Oregon State campus! Perfect Corvallis, Oregon lodging for traveling professionals needing furnished lodging for an extended stay.
The modern bathroom has cool floor lighting and a deep soaking tub and shower combination. We provide luxury sheet and towels and provide self-serve breakfast items: fresh organic French roast coffee, assorted organic teas, cream and or milk, cinnamon toast or English muffins, individual serving bowls and a bowl of fresh fruit. We can also customize breakfast items for gluten-free ad dairy-free needs, within reason.
The Studio is a popular with parents visiting their Oregon State student.
Parents comment on the convenience of having a kitchen to prepare old favorites and with the First Alternative Co-Op just a few minutes drive, getting fresh ingredients is easy to do. This vacation rental is located a 7-minute drive to Reser Stadium for basketball or football games and La Sells Stewart Center for a cultural event.
The Studio is one large “L” shaped room with dining-kitchen-great room feel. The entire back side of the studio has windows with wooden shutters. The perennial gardens and rock paved walkways are lovely in this vacation rental.
Cozy up in front of a gas fire place on cool evenings. Then watch Netflix from the Queen pillow top bed or reach your favorite book. The Studio is air conditioned during the warm summer months.
Service Fee:
When guests stay beyond 4-nights the service fee will increase. The cost range is $149 - $199 depending an the number of guests and length of stay. OSU Graduation week the nightly is $329 per night with a 3-night minimum. Plus a breakfast/cleaning fee and lodging tax.

Cancellation Policy
Policies
Cancellation Policy for Short-term Rentals (2-14 nights)
Cancellation/Reservation Change and Refunds:
Rates will not fluctuate when some guests stay fewer days than other guests.
Standard Season: refund available until 14-days before arrival (Sept 15 - April 30)
Peak Season: refund available until 45 days before arrival (May 1 – Sept 30) - (depending on the below mentioned OSU event weekends)
OSU Event Weekends: refund available until 60-days before arrival (includes Fall and Spring Family Weekends, Mother's Day Weekend, and OSU Football weekends)
OSU graduation and other Willamette Valley Graduation weekends scheduled June 1 - June 20: refunds not available after 6-months before arrival
Full payment is due consistent with cancellation policy.
Service fee range ($250-$500) will vary this week depending on number of guests and length of stay.
Note that we understand that life happens and cancellation does happen. And as a small business we cannot afford to pay for changes that occur for our incoming guests.
When lodging payments are done via credit card, a merchant fee is charged to the business. We incur a credit card processing fee to our small business when a guest makes a reservation and pays with a credit card. We absorb that as part of doing business.
When cancellation occurs, within the cancellation time window, all rental payments will be forfeited, unless the space is re-rented.
If the property you rented is re-booked for the same period and rate, a full refund (less $250 cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rated portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $150-$250 cancellation fee).
We are flexible in offering a refund, consistent with the stated policy at FernwoodCircle.com, VRBO and AirBnB. We do recover the credit card processing fee associated with the reservation, however the merchant processors do not refund the processing fees to our business.
Credit card processing fees are 4-6% of the entire invoice depending on the type of credit card used.
NOTE: When a reservation is NOT processed via fernwoodcircle.com, the guest will be charged a reservation service fee by the portal where the booking originates. Fernwood Circle does not control that fee. All refunds and portal fees are driven by the specific portal policy.

Deposit Policy
SHORT-STAY PROPERTIES:
A security deposit of $750 - $1,500 depending on the property reserved, may be captured against your credit card, 14-days before arrival. The deposit is refundable after housekeeping clear the property for no damage.
When additional guests stay, than confirmed for a reservation, additional charges will apply. The additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit or charged against the credit card on file.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

"Lovely…Warm and Comfortable"
Quiet neighbor neighborhood, the suite gets a lot of light two 2.5 blocks to the bus line,

Fernwood Circle Website Guest Review: We stayed at the Westwood Place Studio for two nights including our 30th anniversary. It's really nice and met our needs perfectly and we didn't even use the cooking facilities. The property is so nicely landscaped with blooming flowers and shrubs (in early May) that when we walked outside it seemed like we were in Hawaii. It's in a quiet neighborhood but a short drive to the busier areas downtown near OSU. There are several natural areas nearby (we went to Finley NWR) and good restaurants (Block 15 and Taco Vino were good for casual dining and del Alma was excellent for finer dining). We'd stay there again.

The Fernwood Circle of guest houses more than rescued me; it provided what I would never have imagined. The Westwood Studio is truly spacious and extraordinary. Being there was so peaceful that between worry, and crunching of numbers, I found myself drawing again. Walking distance to the Campus and town, yet nestled in a hillside neighborhood. The Studio opens out to a covered deck, that is surrounded by a beautifully gardened yard with eastern facing tree top views. It is a home away from home that offers comfortable, immaculate interior accommodations, and the shared respected privacy that comes with being welcomed into a private home. Truly an inspiring place to stay for a time, and to return to; - I wish I were there now.Review

We enjoyed our stay in this studio. The property has beautiful garden and covered deck where we could sit and enjoy a peaceful evening. I appreciated the fresh fruit and breakfast options that were provided. Inside was comfortable and inviting with a relaxing feel. All the amenities where modern and well kept. Lovely guest house,clean comfortable. Excellent coffee and Alexandra gave good recommendations for restaurants. Weather could have been better but overall nice trip Go Utes!!!
