Guests can also reserve the entire house for $349 - $377 per night, plus a one-time cleaning fee depending on number of guests and length of stay, and 13.5% lodging taxes on the entire invoice. Please note that the default rate is for 4 people. When additional guests stay, there is an $39 per person/ per night with a capacity of 6-people. The lodging fee is variable to give smaller families flexibility. The service fee is also a range ($229 - $399) depending on number of guests and length of stay. When reserving the entire house guests will have the King bed master downstairs and two - three Queen bedrooms upstairs, an office loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Sometimes we are able to offer the lower level only for two people. When renting the lower level only there is a special rate, and no other guests will stay with you!
Modern Oasis is not pet-friendly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You can skip the laundromat, as there is a conveniently located laundry area with washer and dryer. It even comes stocked with laundry soap for your use!
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an attached full bath with double sinks, a rainfall shower and a luxurious soaking tub.
The second floor features two-three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom with double sinks and a full tub. All of our beds feature premium mattresses and quality bed linens for your comfort. Each room is furnished beautifully with dressers and ample closet space, and come complete with black-out blinds for a good night’s rest.
The landing on the second floor also offers a delightful sitting area where you can chill out with a magazine or enjoy a board game with others. It could also be used as an office area if needed. A built-in reading nook provides a comfy spot to curl up and enjoy your favorite book.

Modern Oasis is a spacious and cozy newly built home. It’s also conveniently close to parks, grocery stores, a network of bike paths, and Stoneybrook Assisted Living. Oregon State University, Samaritan Regional Medical Center, and downtown Corvallis are just a short, easy drive away.
What makes this property unique?
Guests often comment on our well-stocked kitchen and how they even had all the pans and equipment they needed to prepare a delicious Holiday meal. If you like to enjoy a homecooked meal away from home this is a great place to stay. Also, I commissioned original art that adorns the walls in this home. The upstairs reading and game nook is a cozy place to read, work, or relax.

On-site parking allows for several cars, with space for two in the driveway and one more in the cul-de-sac.

A wondrous location for exploring the beautiful Willamette Valley, this home is conveniently located near Oregon State University, and downtown Corvallis; is close to parks and beautiful hiking and biking areas; and is only a short drive to nearby wineries and even the Oregon coast. Within walking distance is the Bruce Starker Arts Park and Natural Area where summer concerts are often staged in the amphitheater.
Only a short drive is The Corvallis Club, the local private PGA golf course, where guests of Fernwood Circle Guest Houses may enjoy golfing privileges. Contact Alexandra to make arrangements in advance.
