This one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental sleeps up to two guests making it suitable for a couple, a small family, or three friends to stay while visiting Corvallis. Two may sleep in the Master bedroom’s queen-sized bed. A spacious office offers a quiet place to browse the web, work, or read. It doubles as a second bedroom with a twin-sized bed.

The kitchen attaches to a small conservatory leading to a fenced private backyard with a gas grill and outdoor seating.
All the comforts of home are included including non-coin operated washing and drying facilities in the basement, a gas-burning fireplace in the living room, and lots of windows.
Thanks to the high-speed internet and WIFI, it’s a cinch to connect whether you want to stream your favorite show or catch up on work.

The 7th Street Cottage is the ideal place to stay while visiting Oregon State University for graduation, athletic events, conferences or to catch a show. This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the PRAx Creative Arts Center, Goss Stadium, Reser Stadium, Central Park, and downtown Corvallis. Downtown Corvallis is also an easy walk or bike ride to Corvallis Museum, Central Park, unique boutiques, and miles of riverfront bike paths. Located in a charming neighborhood, we won’t be surprised if you spend an afternoon or early evening walking around. The historic-looking homes and trees give it an intimate feel. You may hear a train pass by since the home is near the railroad tracks. Both the neighborhood and home are part of Corvallis’s history. Occupied since 1908, it appears the original home was replaced by the current home in 1926.
Not only is this home in a perfect location to explore Corvallis, but the city itself is also a perfect place to explore the Willamette Valley and the Central Oregon Coast. Wineries, Mary’s Peak, the Willamette River, delightful coastal towns, and beaches are all an easy and short scenic drive away.

There is private parking for one vehicle on the drive behind the cottage.
Both children and adults are welcome. Please leave your furry friends at home since this home is not pet-friendly.

In addition to downtown and the Oregon State campus, you will be a short drive or bike ride from hiking trails, wineries, local assisted living facilities, and Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
