Welcome to Modern Oasis, a comfortable retreat designed with open living areas, large windows, and thoughtful details throughout. Located just minutes from OSU, downtown Corvallis, and Willamette Valley wineries, this home offers both convenience and tranquility.

Inside, the main floor features a full kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with a web-enabled flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with double sinks, a rainfall shower, and soaking tub. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms with queen beds share two full bathrooms, each with double sinks.

Every room is furnished with quality linens, blackout blinds, and ample storage.

The fenced backyard is perfect for entertaining, complete with a gas grill, umbrella table, and seating. A laundry area with washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Guests will be welcomed with a walk-through and provided with a custom access code. You’ll have full access to the entire property during your stay.

Parking is simple, with one space in the garage, two on the driveway, and extra parking in the cul-de-sac: Perfect for families or small groups traveling with more than one car. Downtown and OSU are just minutes by car, or, if you prefer, rideshares and taxis are readily available.
