The Princess Street Condo is a stylish two-bedroom home for mid-term stays only, in Corvallis. Near to parks, shops, and dining, it’s just a short drive or bike ride to Oregon State University and downtown. Designed for comfort, the condo includes modern furnishings, Wi-Fi, housekeeping twice per month , and a private deck. A guest-favorite in Corvallis, it’s praised for comfort and convenience. Guests also enjoy golf privileges at the Corvallis Club (fees apply).

This bright two-bedroom, one-bath condo blends comfort and convenience. The open-plan living and dining area offers a cozy place to relax or work, while the private deck overlooking Walnut Boulevard is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at day’s end.

To make your arrival seamless, we reach out in advance to provide personalized breakfast items, including coffee, tea, fruit, and local organic eggs for your first morning. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking or special dinners, and the home comes stocked with Oregon’s Dani Naturals toiletries. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full bed, both with quality linens and generous closet space.

Guests have full access to the condo, private deck, and a dedicated parking space. Designed for 30-day minimum stays, the condo comfortably accommodates up to three people, including children.

Located in northwest Corvallis near Walnut Boulevard, the condo is surrounded by quiet residential streets with easy access to shops, cafés, and Timberhill Athletic Club. Martin Luther King Jr. Park, with its trails and open space, is just a 15-minute walk away. Downtown Corvallis and OSU are close by, and the Willamette Valley wine country (30 minutes) and Oregon Coast (under an hour) make for easy weekend trips.

A dedicated parking space is included, making driving stress-free. OSU and downtown are 10–15 minutes away by car or bike, and local bus service and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Corvallis.

Primary Guest: The guest making this reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.
Guest Capacity: The condo is approved for two guests, including children of all ages. Only the guests listed on the rental agreement may stay at the Princess Street Condo. A third guest may be permitted with advance approval from Fernwood Circle, and approval is required before any stay by that guest longer than four nights.
Parking: The Queens Condominium Complex requires guests to park in parking spot #4 only. Parking is limited to one vehicle per stay. Extra parking for visitors is available in the unmarked spaces directly across from unit #104. RVs and similar vehicles are not allowed at any time.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted at the Princess Street Condo.
Indoor Footwear: Please remove your street shoes while inside the condo.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The entire complex is smoke-free, including decks.
Laundry Hours: Per HOA rules, washer and dryer use is permitted between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. only. The washer is small. Please use small loads for best results.
Furnishings: The condo is offered as a fully furnished property. Please do not remove towels, kitchen items, furniture, or linens from the unit.
No Subletting: Fernwood Circle Guest Houses may not be sublet.
Climate Control & Energy Use: Please keep the thermostat below 70° for heat and 72° for cooling. Turning off lights while away from the condo is appreciated.
Deck Care: Please keep the deck clear of debris to comply with HOA requirements.
No BBQs: BBQs and grills are not permitted on any deck at the Queens Condominium Complex.
Cleaning Fees: Housekeeping requires approximately 1.0 to 1.5 hours for cleaning twice per month. Alexandra will notify you of the scheduled date and time. Please tidy the condo in advance and plan to be away during housekeeping. See the instructions for getting ready for housekeepers.
