The Princess Street condominium is a furnished two-bedroom condo ideal if you are relocating to Corvallis or temporarily working in town. It is an easy drive or bike ride to Good Samaritan Hospital, Oregon State University, and downtown Corvallis.
Rate Details for Extended Stay (6-month minimum stay):
We structure rates to give business and family travelers flexibility. The capacity for the Princess Street Condo is three, including children of all ages. The default rate of $112 x 30-nights is for up to two, including children of all ages, staying a minimum of 6-months. All utilities, Wi-Fi and bi-weekly housekeeping are included in the monthly rate. A security deposit of $1,500 is also captured and refundable within 30-days after departure.
Cancellation Policy:
The month-to-month agreement requires a 30-night minimum notice to exit the agreement.

Due to the nature of the residential community, the Princess Street Condominium is only available for extended stays of 30-days or longer. The cozy yet modern furnishings, high speed Wi-Fi, and convenient location make it perfect for busy professionals as they get settled in or those on short-term contracts.
Although this is an extended stay property, we include vacation rental style amenities to help make your arrival stress-free. The condo is stocked with Oregon’s own Dani Naturals organic toiletries. Our guests may play golf at the Corvallis Club, a private club, through special arrangement, let Alexandra Eder know in advance whether you are interested in enjoying this perk. Greens fees for nine and eighteen holes apply.
We will do the shopping so you wake up with self-serve continental style breakfast items to get you started that first morning. The kitchen has all the essential appliances including a stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave oven. It is perfect for whipping up quick meals or lingering over special dinners. The intimate dining area comfortably seats three people around a small dining room table.

One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other has a full sized bed. Both bedrooms have generous closet space, large windows, comfortable lighting and will be immaculately clean for your arrival.
When you need to unwind you have a private deck overlooking Walnut Blvd. This is a comfortable place to relax with your morning coffee or during a warm summer evening after work.
